I only met Mr. Jack, one time, for a short period, through Christina. I knew from that short meeting, that he was a good man. He has moved on a better place, with no more suffering. My prayers go out, to his family and friends.

Sylvia I want you to know that we are here for you and we love you very much. What you and Jack shared together is an inspiration to us all and I am blessed to have had you all in my life. Sylvia I believe if Jack were here he would say "Luvie don't cry I am alright" and you know he really is. If he couldn't stay with you the only other place he would rather be is in Heaven. Sylvia,Christina, Jody I was so so sorry to hear of Jack"s passing. I immediatly thought of all the times we played softball, skydiving, and the cook out at the house in Atlanta of the Venison. We ALL had such good times together. Our kids being together playing with the dolls while you and I sat together to talk....Sylvia I send you and the WHOLE family the biggest HUG that I can give to you. Jack is in Heaven with dad and walking unassisted and saying what is everyone so sad about...we are together again!

To say that Jack was a special person would be an understatement. Jack was really an amazing person, and I am an honored man for having had the opportunity to meet him on this side of eternity.
If you'd ever met Jack, he left part of himself with you - he made a positive impression on you. The one thing that is without a doubt is the fact that Jack loved his Jesus, and he let everyone that he came into contact with know that. Jack was always concerned about the other person - wanting to know if they'd met Jesus.
I haven't seen Jack in many years, but he definitely left an impression on me, and I am a better man for having had the chance to know him.
While I am saddened that he is no longer here with us, I am happy about the fact that he is no longer in physical pain. The pain that he endured is unfathomable to most of us - yet, he continued to march onward for the cause of Christ.
Jack, rest easy in the arms of Jesus - you've earned that honor. Sylvia and Christina, if your hearts are right with Jesus, then you will see Jack again. This just gives me one more reason to look foreword to going to Heaven. I have more friends there than I do here, and I cannot wait to see them again.
