Family and friends are in our prayers . I called her Mama Joyce. She was a second Mother to me. Always treated me like one of her kids. I have so many wonderful memories that it is too many to list. I knew her grandchildren thru our many conversations. She was one of a kind ! Strong, beautiful and smart. She will be missed.
I remember when Joyce would always plan her wMU meetings at my grandma Anne Batchelor’s house and the times i helped her with vbs. When she was still at pine view baptist church we all loved her so much and I think some of us pine view kids adopted her as family and when I knew she loved seeing me the day of my senior prom
