Sending hugs, thoughts and prayers to Nancy's family. Nancy was a close friend and I will miss her. We played together and were neighbors in our early years. I will miss our long talks and the times we were able to get together and go out for dinner. As a family, always remember the good times and talk about her often. There will be times of tears and times of laughter. I know she loved you all very much and I am here if you need me.
I'm not sure I can choose just one memory. Most of my childhood memories include Mimi and all of the family get togethers at her house. I guess the one that's the most special to me is her getting me into church as a teenager. She invited me once and I just continued to go. That was the foundation that sustains me now. I'll also never forget riding the bus to her house every Wednesday for Bible study upstairs with the family.
