Obituary of Clara Coots

Mrs. Clara Elizabeth Coots, age 85, passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Parker. Survivors include her husband- Dennis Coots; Step-Daughter- Betty Mayhew; Local survivors include a cousin, Kenneth Roberts; Many extended loving family members also survive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Clara Coots will be conducted Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 11 O’clock at Burt Chapel-Valley Head with the Reverend Ross Van Pelt officiating. Interment will take place in Lamar Memory Gardens in Barnesville, GA at 6pm. The family will receive friends at Burt Funeral Home on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 4pm until 9pm. The family is accepting flowers or donations to The Alabama SPCA P. O. Box 78 Northport, AL 35476. Burt Funeral Home of Fort Payne, AL is in charge of the arrangements.
