Obituary of Kathleen Standridge

Mrs. Kathleen Watkins Standridge, age 86, of Griffin Ga. passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 in a Spalding County Healthcare facility. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Berry Franklin Watkins and the late Mrs. Cassie Ethel Smith Watkins. Mrs. Standridge was also preceded in death by her Husband, Mr. Wilburn Lee Standridge and by a Grandson, Mr. Christopher Dodson. Mrs. Standridge was an accountant and a housewife. She was a homebody, but enjoyed reading, painting, and knitting. Survivors include: Son – William Thomas Dodson Jr. (& Tanga) of Jackson Ga.; Daughter – Brenda Kathleen Eastman (& Douglas) of Redding Ca.; Grandchildren – Billy Dodson of Griffin, Brock Eastman and Garet Eastman of Redding Ca.; - 7 Great Grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Funeral Services for Mrs. Kathleen Watkins Standridge will be conducted from the Graveside on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 1 O’clock in Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Decatur.
