ESuzanne and Carolyn,
I will never forget Mrs. Shockley (Grannie) and all the nights we spent over at her house growing up. She was a very sweet lady. My thoughts are with you.

I am so sorry to hear of Earline's passing and my heart goes out to each of you at this difficult time. I have such wonderful memories of her from my growing up on Spencer Street. She was always so kind and sweet and she was known for being a wonderful neighbor. We all spent a lot of time playing ball in her yard and she was always happy to have us hanging out under the big tree in the backyard. She will be missed in her neighborhood, church and community. Treasure your memories that you have of your very sweet mother and let the memories bring you comfort in the days ahead. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I will miss Earline. She was always so sweet. I use to hug her when we were in church and again when we went to the Sunday School room. We always laughed and said we needed two hugs. She will truly be missed by all her friends.
