Ms. Jacquelyn Juanita Griffin Purser, age 89, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022.

 

Jacquelyn was born on Thursday, January 19, 1933, in Barnesville, Georgia, to the late Walter Edward Griffin and the late Esther Elizabeth McBroom Griffin. Jacquelyn was preceded in death by her first husband William Sanders, second husband Donald Purser, and grandson Shaun Canavaggio . Jacquelyn enjoyed cooking and loved owning Polly’s pantry.

 

Jacquelyn is survived by her children and their spouses, Cindy and George Canavaggio, and Dennis and Elena Sanders; sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Terry Smith; Sister-in-law, Carol Griffin; and 9 grandchildren.

 

Graveside Service for Ms. Jacquelyn Purser will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 2:30 P.M. at Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Mike Pendleton officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
