I first meet Ms. Winifred at the United Bank in Milner. She would come in and take care of business. She would tell us stories on how to do things properly. She did not know a stranger. She always had a smile on her face. She talked about Mr. Paul and Evelyn. Before she left she would always us what they were going to do for that evening, what they were going to do for dinner and such. She was a large part of the community and will be missed.
