Obituary of Sandra Lou Wimberly

Mrs. Sandra Lou Wimberly, age 71, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, February 27th, 2022, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Sandra was born on Sunday, March 5th, 1950, in Barnesville, Georgia, to the late William Robinson and Norcis Dill Robinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings; Jean Bell, Mary Hedricks, Judy Anderson, Danny Robinson. Sandra enjoyed going to the mountains, as well as spending time at the river. She loved the Atlanta Braves, fishing, and watching softball. Sandra also enjoyed watching Nascar, doing word puzzles, and watching soap operas. Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Milo Wimberly, Jr., children; Kelley Robinson, Tiffney Fryer, Mary Wimberly, grandchildren; Katelyn Raybon, Evan Robinson, Drake Fryer, Dylan Fryer, great-grandchildren; Adilyn Raybon, Kolson Hudson, sister; Nancy Hatchett (Ricky), brother; Jack Robinson. A host of extended family also survive. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Sandra Lou Wimberly will be held on Saturday, March 5th, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Hugh Smith, Jr. and Mr. Ricky Hatchett officiating. The family will greet friends and loved ones Friday, March 4th, 2022, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
