Obituary of Danny Aaron Presley

Mr. Danny Aaron Presley, age 57, of Barnesville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Emory Midtown Hospital.

Danny was born on Sunday, November 13, 1960 in Barnesville, Georgia to the late Ronald Harold Presley and the late Patricia Ann Russell Presley. He loved Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, hunting, fishing, looking for arrowheads and spending time outdoors. His artistic abilities were expressed in his paintings and carvings throughout his life. Danny was a member of Rock Springs Church, a loving husband, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Danny is survived by his wife, Janet Johnson Presley; children and their spouses, Christopher J. Deraney, Daniel and Lindsey Presley, Lacey and Charles Buamah, and Linzee Presley; eight grandchildren; brother, Robin Presley; sisters, Priscilla Jefferies, Jesse Presley, Tracy Presley Hill and Trina Fortson; father-in-law and mothers-in-law, Jim and Joyce Johnson, Nellie Johnson; sister-in-law, Julie Wigglesworth; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Mr. Danny Presley will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Rock Springs Church with Dr. Benny Tate officiating.
