Hey daddy. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you and mama. It just still doesn't seem real, Everyone is growing up and getting older. Chris is about to be 30 and Bubba bout to be 50 ! Lots of problems as usual but we are making it. We all love you so much and talk about the good ol days, just like you and mama use to do. WE LOVE YOU!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! We are doing ok I guess, things are at least calmer than they were. I went to clean granny and paw paws graves today, I could hear you say 'good, good (smiling) it's about time somebody went over there and did that' I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love you and miss you. Mama loved you with all her heart. All I can think of now is how happy both of you are. When mama first saw you in heaven, I know she looked at you and you looked at her the same way yall looked at each other in the hospital when you come to see her. Everything is perfect in heaven, so it'll be so much better there than it was here. Four Thursdays apart. Exactly a month apart. It was really really hard for you. I'm glad all that is gone now. I love you forever!! Sherry
