Obituary of Lillie Mae Anderson

Mrs. Lillie Mae (Judy) Anderson, 68, of The Rock passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Reliance Healthcare in Griffin. Mrs. Anderson was born November 29, 1945 in Lamar County, daughter of the late William Opel and Norcis Dill Robinson. She retired from the textile industry having worked for Millanwood and Joe David Textiles. Mrs. Anderson adored her puppies and horse, and loved NASCAR and the Atlanta Braves Survivors include her son, Johnny Robinson; daughters and son-in-law, April Lumley and Rhonda and Tommy Taylor all of Barnesville; son, Shane Waldrop of McDonough; grandchildren and their spouses, Chris and his wife Lindsey, Jennifer and her husband Bryant, Jeremy and his wife Chelsea, Ryan and his wife Brittney, Nathan, Heather, Michael, Sean, Casey, Jessica, Phillip, Ella, and Raylen; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra and Milo Wimberly of Barnesville, Nancy and Ricky Hatchett of Concord, brothers and sisters-in-law, Danny and Pam Robinson and Jack and Kathy Robinson, all of Barnesville, and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 2:00 Wednesday at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Molena with Ricky Hatchett officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
