Obituary of Ralph Kingsley

Mr. Ralph Kingsley, age 91, of Barnesville went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2012. He was a faithful member of the Barnesville Presbyterian Church. He was a retired Lieutenant Commander in the Navy. He enlisted during WWII and graduated from flight school where he earned his coveted aviator’s wings. Mr. Kingsley served for over twenty one years and never lost his love for the Navy or his country. After retirement from the Navy, Mr. Kingsley became a stock broker for Reynolds Securities. He loved the stock market and was an avid trader right up to his death. Hobbies were gardening and his family. He delighted in having family around him and they loved the kind sweet man he was. Mr. Ralph Kingsley is survived by two sons, Scott M. Kingsley (& Suzanne) of Acworth, GA and Kent Kingsley (& Joy) of Milner, GA ; six grandchildren, Scott Jr., Judson, Rachel, Ryan, Kristin and John ; two great grandchildren, Cooper, and Hunter. Funeral Services for Mr. Ralph Kingsley will be conducted on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 2 O’ Clock from the Barnesville Presbyterian Church with Rev. Mary Jane Gardner officiating. Full Military Honors will follow. Interment will be in White Water, Wisconsin at the Hillside Cemetery, Mr. Kingsley will be buried next to his wife, Nancy Johnson Kingsley. The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home on Tuesday evening, June 19, 2012 from 6 pm until 8 pm. In lieu of flowers gifts to the American Cancer Society or the Barnesville Presbyterian Church are requested.
